Cancellation policy

A deposit is taken when you book and deducted from the amount settled at the studio: 50% of the price for massage treatments, and a fixed £50 for injectable treatments, whose price depends on the area treated and is agreed at the start of your appointment.

Every injectable session begins with an assessment. If Nataly finds the treatment isn’t suitable for you, your deposit is refunded in full.

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment — your deposit is refunded in full, or carried over to your new time.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, and missed appointments, forfeit the deposit. This protects the time reserved exclusively for you.

If Nataly ever needs to cancel or move your appointment, your deposit is refunded in full or transferred to a new time of your choice.
